Surprenda lets you create an interactive digital gift in the form of a 3D rose with personalized messages. The service consists of two elements: a gift link (with a single-use interactive experience) and a preview link (for the creator).

The interactive gift experience (the petal puzzle) can be completed only once. Once the recipient has completed the gift, the link will remain functional and will show the rose in its final view with the personalized messages while the service is active, but the puzzle cannot be repeated.

The preview link allows the creator to see the final result before sending it. The owner reserves the right to deactivate this preview link once the recipient has opened or completed the final gift link.

The prices in force are those indicated on the main page at the time of purchase. Prices include applicable VAT.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card details.

In accordance with article 103.m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users) and Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-material medium when performance has begun with the prior and express consent of the consumer, who acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal.

Before completing the purchase, the user must explicitly check the consent box declaring that they accept that the service begins immediately and that they waive the right of withdrawal. Without this consent, the purchase cannot be completed.

In the event of a technical error attributable to the service that prevents access to the gift, contact us at hello@surprenda.com and we will resolve it.

You are responsible for the messages and content you enter into the gift. The following is expressly prohibited:

We reserve the right to remove any gift that breaches these terms without prior notice.

We do everything possible to ensure the availability of the service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or indefinite access.

The owner reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the service at any time. In the event of permanent closure, a notice will be published on the website at least 15 calendar days in advance. Once this period has ended, the service and access to the gifts created will no longer be available, without this giving rise to any right to compensation or refund on the part of the user.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, consumers in the European Union can access the European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform to resolve disputes out of court: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The modifications will apply to new gifts created from the date of publication. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the terms in force.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with the legislation in force.
